2. What data we process
We only process the data you give us when you use the website forms, write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or call us:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address and, if you provide it, the name of your company or organisation.
- Supply data: the information on the electricity or gas bills you send us, such as the account holder, supply address, CUPS code, tariff, contracted power, consumption and prices.
- Facility data: the technical information you provide so we can study a self-consumption, energy efficiency or CAE project, or an energy performance certificate.
We do not ask for or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, ethnic origin, etc.). Please do not include them in your messages.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data, and we will not send you advertising without your express consent.
4. How long we keep it
- If you only made an enquiry or asked for a proposal you did not take up: up to one year from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- If you are a client: for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the legal periods during which liability may be claimed (generally up to 6 years for commercial and tax obligations).
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary to provide the service you ask for:
- Energy suppliers and, where applicable, the intermediary through which we process the contract, to carry out the tariff or supplier switch you have accepted.
- Delegated parties, verifiers and public authorities, to process Energy Savings Certificates and register energy performance certificates.
- Installation companies and partner engineers, when your project requires it.
- Public authorities and bodies, when required by law.
In addition, technology providers act as data processors for us, such as website and form hosting (WordPress.com, by Automattic), email and WhatsApp (Meta). Some may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case they do so with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting prior processing. Write to gparedes@pozoenergy.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security and accuracy
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse. Please make sure the data you give us is accurate and let us know if it changes.
8. Minors
Our services are aimed at people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version and its date will always be published here.
